Apply to Become a Spore Foundation Ordained Minister

Ordination with The Spore Foundation is a sacred recognition of your training, integrity, and commitment to walk this path in service.

As an ordained minister, you will:

  • Be formally recognized as an ordained minister within The Spore Foundation

  • Carry the authority to facilitate sacred ceremonies and sacraments in alignment with the church

  • Receive ongoing mentorship, support, and community connection

  • Help uphold the safety, integrity, and values of our foundation

Annual Contribution

To support the continuation of this work and the resources provided to ordained ministers of the church, there is an annual contribution of $150. This contribution helps sustain the church and maintain your ordination status in good standing.

Important Things to Note

  • Please review the FAQ doc and the Church + LLC Doc before submitting your application to be sure this is the right fit for your goals as a guide.

  • All ordained ministers will be required to sign an agreement upholding our Code of Ethics.

  • By becoming an ordained minister, you agree to hold yourself to the highest standards of conduct as a representative of the church.

  • Each minister serves as an independent spiritual practitioner. The church provides ordination and spiritual protection but does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, errors, or harms caused by an individual minister.

  • The church reserves the right to revoke ordination and/or membership at any time if a minister fails to uphold the Code of Ethics, violates our community agreements, or acts in ways that conflict with the mission and values of the church.
